Our property management company is responsible for the day to day running of Creekside Village. They receive requests and calls from residents regarding problems or maintainance issues. They also prepare checks and bills for payment to contractors and service providers for signing by the board of directors. Only the management company can prepare checks, only board members may sign them, and two signatures are always required. The management company is also responsible for submitting and following up on work request to various contractors and for co-ordinating with residents. Every month the management company prepares an agenda for the meetings, along with a monthly financial statement and complete activity reports.
