In January of 2024 Creekside Village changed management companies to Intempus. Emails and Welcome Letters were sent in December of 2024 with information about the new Property Management Company, Intempus.
They will be using an owner's online portal for all communication. In the portal, you can find and download all the governing documents for our community, meeting minutes, pay monthly dues, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with your management team.
You will need your account information from the Welcome letter to create an account.
