GETTING STARTED
How do I create my Intempus portal account?
You'll need the account information provided in the Welcome Letter sent in December 2023. Visit intempus.cincwebaxis.com and follow the prompts to set up your account. If you didn't receive a welcome letter or can't find your login info, contact MaryBeth Forcier at [email protected].
What can I do in the Intempus portal?
You can pay dues, submit maintenance requests, access documents, and communicate directly with management.

You have three options:
(1) Pay online through your Intempus Portal
(2) mail a check payable to Creekside Village HOA to PO Box 1186, San Jose CA 95108
or
(3) set up a payment through your bank's online bill pay.
Current dues are $435/month as of January 1, 2026.

HOW DO I TURN ON EMAILS FROM INTEMPUS?
1. Log into your account at intempus.cincwebaxis.com
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
3. Go to Account Settings → Notifications
4. Toggle on the email notifications you'd like to receive
5. Save your settings — you're all set!

I'M NOT RECEIVING EMAILS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, check your spam/junk folder and add [email protected] to your contacts. Then verify your notification settings are enabled in the portal (see steps above). If you're still not receiving emails, contact MaryBeth at [email protected]
