More than likely the board will approve such projects, but we simply want to make sure things are done right! For example, satellite dishes cannot be installed on the roof, and not in an obtrusive spot, or we may require you to move it. It's actually a lot simpler for everyone involved to fill out the form and send it in.
Applications must be approved in writing before any work can begin.
Fines will be implemented for work completed without approval.
