Pay via Portal → December Newsletter → Action Required Ballots Due: Vote on Revised CC&Rs and Bylaws The September 2025 revised CC&Rs and Bylaws are open for community vote. Please review the documents and return your ballot as soon as possible. Review Revised CC&Rs → Review Revised Bylaws → Community Update Diana Gate Repairs to the Diana Gate are expected to begin soon. The Board submitted the claim to insurance in February, and the timeline is currently dependent on the insurance review and approval process. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay. |
